We are consolidating the fragmented logistics industry by developing assets such as cold storage facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, and fulfillment hubs.
Our strategy prioritizes Class A assets located near transportation hubs (airports and seaports) with access to major highways. These locations are in growth-phase cities with expanding populations and access to qualified labor.
Driven by a fundamental investment philosophy, we adopt a holistic approach, combining top-down market analysis with meticulous bottom-up assessments. This involves scrutinizing key metrics like population growth, job creation, gross metro product (GMP), local economic fundamentals, and emerging middle class residential housing market dynamics to identify promising opportunities.
